ESL Teacher wanted for wonderful English-Chinese run International school in Beijing China !
Our client is looking for an ESL specialist to take up a full time position in early
January 2017.
You will be successful, energetic, well mannered, and
empathetic. You will have a love of teaching(and English) be professional and well organised. You will be a
team player, accepting of differences, and committed to inquiry learning.
Candidate requirements -
A Bachelors Degree and a
formal teaching qualification Preferably in TOEFL, ESL or TOESL
Applicants should ideally have had at least two year's
fulltime teaching experience
Salary salary scale is based upon qualifications and experience. It
ranges from RMB176,900 annually at Step 0 for a newly qualified teacher
with a BA degree to RMB 320,000 annually at Step 10 for an MA or above
qualified teacher with ten or more years of relevant experience. (NB)
The highest entry point is Step 8,which is equal to:RMB 290,000
annually!with a relevant BA degree or RMB 300,000 annually with a
relevant MA or higher. Salaries are quoted before tax.
Accommodation
For internationally hired teachers housing is provided in a one bedroom apartment a short walking
distance from school. Rent is covered by the school,utilities covered by the teacher.
Health Insurance
International teachers are included in the schools group health insurance policy(worldwide cover
excl.USA). Should staff wish to opt out anannual stipend of RMB 12,000 is!provided.(teachers must be insured)
Travel Allowance
For relocating teachers an annual flight stipend of2,000 USD is provided annually. This is paid in local
currency according to exchange rate at the!time of payment. (Approximately 13,500 RMB).
The stipend is paid in two 50% instalments. The instalments are paid at the very beginning
and very end of each academic year.
